- Add 2 to 3 drops of Dreaming Oil to palms then slowly rub palms together warming & releasing the vapors. Loosely cup over nose & breathe deeply & slowly for 30 seconds
- Add 3 or 4 drops of Dreaming Oil to a teacup of steaming water, then holding cup to face, breathe in the therapeutic vapor for 30-60 seconds
- Place 2 drops onto bedside lamp light bulb. The heat of the bulb will release the vapors. Relax and breathe...
- Place 4 or 5 drops onto cotton ball or hankie and place under or near pillow. If you wake in the night, cuddle the cotton cloth close to your face to reengage with the oils
